Hello there, my name is Cierra Weathers, the Founder of Yellow Jacket Nanny Service. The idea for this company started at the age of 13, I just didn’t know it yet. My first niece was born when I was 13, and I fell in love with her the moment I saw her! I remember saying to my sister, “Anything I can do to help? Can I feed her? Can I change the next diaper?” I wanted to be involved as much as her mom would allow me to be. And my love for her grew as she and I grew together.

My love for children hasn’t stopped growing since the moment my niece was born. And yes, life has taken me down many different paths, but this path has never ceased to exist. We all grow and we all change as we experience life, and for me this is certainly true! But I do know that caring for children and serving their families has grown so much more since the tender age of 13!

With this company, I aim to assist and serve families in the unique ways that they need to be served.
